A Registered Business Valuer and court-appointed expert witness, he is regularly called upon for his deep industry knowledge and real-time market insight. Bruce has specialised in the sale and leasing of service stations and other business types since 1995, giving him a unique and practical understanding of market dynamics. His commitment to education is reflected in his leadership role with the Australian Institute of Business Brokers, where he chairs the Education & Training Committee. Paul Nielsen is a seasoned Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor with over 40 years of experience in senior management and advisory roles across Australia and internationally. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago and Harvard University, Paul holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Practicing Business Broker (CPBB), Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), and Certified Chair (CCABC). He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (FAIBB) and the International Institute of Directors & Managers (FIIDM).
As a former Chair of the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia (COSBOA), Paul has advised key government bodies such as the ATO, ACCC, and the Productivity Commission on SME matters.
